Tip-Tac-Toe-Trk (Sanjay Vinothkumar):
Sanjay developed a life-changing insole to help his brother and others with mild cerebral palsy overcome toe walking. His innovation exemplifies how personal experiences can inspire impactful solutions that change lives.
Cura: A Torticollis Head Tilt Alerting Device (Suchita Srinivasan):
Drawing on her own challenges with torticollis, Suchita created Cura, a discreet, supportive solution that addresses head tilt issues. Her journey from self-taught programming to impactful invention shows the power of determination and creativity.
Adaptive Guitar (Julia & Lance Larsen):
Driven by a passion for advocacy and inspired by their personal experiences, Julia and Lance developed the Adaptive Guitar, a groundbreaking device that allows individuals with limited arm and hand mobility to play the guitar independently. Their work not only showcases the power of assistive technology but also amplifies their mission to foster a STEM identity in youth and create opportunities for all. Julia and Lance advanced to the Global Innovation Challenge, where they continued to champion the possibilities of innovation.
Sight Word Stars (Sophia Khaile):
Recognizing the critical need for early reading intervention, Sophia developed the Sight Word Stars, a project addressing literacy challenges in young learners.
